Returns Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of heavy equipment and specialized products, return eligibility varies by product category. Please review the details below.

Heavy Equipment

Heavy equipment including mini excavators, skid steers, car lifts, and other freight-shipped machinery is not eligible for return once delivered due to size, shipping logistics, and handling requirements.

If a heavy equipment item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery and provide photos of the issue. We will work with you to arrange replacement parts, repair, or other appropriate resolution.

Electronics and Diagnostic Products

Electronics such as diagnostic scanners, cameras, and similar equipment that arrive dead on arrival (DOA) may be returned within 7 days of delivery for replacement or refund.

Standard Products

All other items, including tools, accessories, and apparel, may be returned within 30 days of delivery provided that:

  • The item is unused

  • The item is in its original packaging

  • All accessories, manuals, and components are included

Custom orders and clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return.

Return Process

To initiate a return, contact our customer support team with your order number and a description of the issue. In some cases we may request photos of the product.

If the return is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions for sending the item back.

Returned items must be securely packaged in the original packaging with all included components. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the refund or replacement. Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Restocking Fees & Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The product was defective, or

  • The incorrect item was shipped.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Approved returns for non-defective items may be subject to a 10–15% restocking fee to cover handling and inspection.

Freight and oversized shipments must be returned using an approved carrier, and any associated freight charges are the responsibility of the customer.
