Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Tracking details will be emailed once your order ships.

Free Shipping & Rates
Orders over $99 qualify for free standard shipping on small parcel items. Orders under $99 incur a flat $9.95 shipping fee. Oversize items (event tents, carports, bounce houses) ship for a flat rate of $149. Freight items such as mini skid steers, excavators, car lifts and heavy welders require a freight quote after checkout; we will contact you to arrange delivery.

Oversize & Freight Shipping
Oversize shipments are delivered via common carriers and may require extra handling time. Freight deliveries are made by truck to commercial or residential addresses. You must be available for appointment scheduling and have appropriate equipment to unload.

Signature & Delivery Requirements
A signature may be required for high-value orders. We recommend someone be present to receive and sign for freight deliveries. If you authorize delivery without a signature, you assume responsibility for any loss or damage.

Damage Inspection & Claims
Inspect your package immediately upon delivery. Note any visible damage on the carrier’s receipt and take photographs. For parcel shipments, report damages within 24 hours of receipt. For freight shipments, note damage before the driver leaves. Failure to note damage may limit our ability to assist with claims.g
