Returns Policy
We're committed to your satisfaction. Due to the nature of heavy equipment and electronics, our return policy varies by product type. Please review the guidelines below.
Heavy equipment such as mini excavators, skid steers and car lifts are not returnable due to their size and special handling requirements. We will accept returns only if the item is defective or damaged on arrival; please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include photos.
Electronics and diagnostics products (like code readers and security cameras) that arrive dead on arrival may be returned within 7 days for replacement or refund.
All other items, including tools, accessories and apparel, may be returned within 30 days of delivery provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Custom orders and clearance deals are final sale and cannot be returned.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and details. We may request photos of the product to assess the issue. Once approved, you will receive a return merchandise authorization (RMA) and instructions for shipping the item back.
Items must be securely packaged in their original packaging, with all accessories and manuals included. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us

Restocking Fees & Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we shipped the wrong item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
For non-defective heavy or oversize items, a restocking fee of 10‑15% may apply to cover handling and inspection. Oversize and freight items must be returned via an approved carrier; any freight charges are the responsibility of the customer.
