Return and Refund Policy

Return eligibility depends on the product category and condition. Contact us before sending any item back. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Heavy and freight equipment

Mini excavators, mini skid steers, vehicle lifts, and other freight or heavy-equipment products are final sale and are not returnable for preference changes, compatibility mistakes, or buyer remorse. If a heavy-equipment item arrives damaged or materially defective, contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery and provide photographs and a description of the issue.

Electronics and diagnostic products

Electronics and diagnostic products that arrive dead on arrival may be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery for review. Depending on the verified issue, the remedy may be replacement, repair assistance, or refund.

Other eligible products

Unused tools, accessories, and other non-freight products may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery when they remain in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and included components. Custom orders and items clearly marked final sale or clearance are not returnable.

Return process

1. Contact support@allpointsales.com with the order number and reason for the request.
2. Provide photographs when the item is damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect.
3. Wait for written return authorization and instructions before shipping the item.
4. Package the item securely and use a trackable shipping service.

Shipping costs and refunds

Customers are responsible for return shipping on eligible non-defective returns. We cover approved return shipping when the item is verified as defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrectly shipped. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return results from our error.

Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected. The time for the credit to appear depends on the payment provider.
